The insurance company’s agents shown on the insurance certificate should also be advise. Eyebolts and/or lifting trunnions supplied with the Bearing T.A.C. 270 ISB are designed to support only the weight of the Bearing T.A.C. 270 ISB, not the weight of the Bearing T.A.C. 270 ISB and any ancillary equipment attached to it. Be absolutely sure that cranes, jacks, slings and lifting beams are capable of carrying the weight of equipment to be lifted. Where an eyebolt is provided with the Bearing T.A.C. 270 ISB, this should be screwed down until its shoulder is firmly against the face of the stator frame to be lifted. Eyebolts are normally designed for a vertical lift. For eyebolt/lifting lug torques, see opposite.
